A healing group experience for people who identify as Black and as men.
WHAT WE DO
The Black Obsidian Men’s Group is creating spaces of intentional healing and growth specifically for black men. It's a space for wisdom and courage. A space where vulnerability and connection is fostered through group discussions, workshops, coaching and retreats. We create and maintain a welcoming environment where men can come together to develop or deepen a healing practice like yoga or meditation. It is a place of deep rest and belonging where black men can commune with one another free from the outside gaze of white supremacy.

ONE ON ONE COACHING
We come together regularly to support our growth and healing. We do this with standing practices of meditation and group discussions as well as special programs like guest speakers, and workshops.
The retreats are a space of deep rest and connection, where men engage in workshops, discussions, and activities meant to foster healing and renewal.
Together we create a coaching relationship that is built on respect and trust. This relationship fosters a powerful experience that taps into your potential to expand your range, build your capacity and live a more fulfilled life.

Founder
Eric is an experienced coach, facilitator, musician and entrepreneur. His coaching and facilitation style is welcoming and intuitive with a focus on healing growth and action.
